Good morning,

I need to replace the channel Balance for some windows in a house that I just bought, as there are a lot of different options I would like you to help to identify the proper part. The stamp shows 27c and the length is 28".

Thanks for writing in. See our S351-28 or S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2730.
