Part Indentifcation

Hello,

Here are several pictures of the part we are looking for. Jeld-Wen said that it appears to be a tilt assist. They unfortunately can not provide a universal part number.

We have 27 Jeld-Wen windows, of which more than half have had this piece fall off. It is only affixed by a single plastic post which breaks off. It is 2.5" long, .5" wide and .3125" high.

Is this something I can purchase from you?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the tilt assist shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
