Thanks for the additional photos! Is your old handle's installation hole center spacing 3-15/16"? If it is, I recommend you have a look at the 82-030. I can't promise this will work for you and adaptations may be necessary but take a look at the specifications and see what you think. 

We, unfortunately, don't know who manufactured your door. I recommend checking around the door and frame for a metallic sticker. That would usually have a manufacturer's code on it that sometimes, but not always, tells us who made the door. 

We believe you have an older-style Arcadia patio glass door. This handle, we believe, is no longer available. Our suggestion would be to use either the 82-030 or the 82-033 handle set and drill new mounting holes. Take a look and see what you think. 

Looking at your photos, it does appear that the operating door has an exterior handle with the key cylinder attached. I believe you are speaking of the inactive door opposite the operating door. That handle might be installed using sheet metal type screws, not the machine type. If you can, send us some photos showing us the inside of the door with the handle removed and we can work from there.
