Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid the 55-306 Andersen Glazing Bead is not available as a sample. However, do you have an Andersen window? If not, I'm not sure if this will work for you anyways. Does your glazing bead have a lip at the top that locks in the window sash? I can't tell for sure. Look at the 55-080 and see if yours has that lip to lock it in at the top. If so, you might be able to cut the leg down to fit the depth of the sash and have it lock in at the top. Do you know by any chance if this is from an Alanco window? If so, I've used the 55-017 with these type of windows. I did have to cut down the leg to fit the sash. However, once again I can't tell if your bead has the top lip to lock in. |
