Hello! Looks like you just need a new pivot shoe. My recommendation is the 15-180. Look it over and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions!

That unfortunately doesn't tell me anything. The only way to verify a match is to go by physical design and size. There isn't going to be a marking on your window that tells you what you need.
