Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the pivot bar shown in your photo. If you could show us the part that the pivot bars engage with in the window jamb, that would help us confirm if any of our parts could possibly be adapted to work as a replacement. Thank you!

This is the mechanism. Is there a more or less universal option for tilt double hung windows?
We can't be sure with the balance still installed but it looks like your assembly uses a knife lock shoe similar to the 15-197. We can supply replacements with these fittings attached to the S751 balances as a custom order if needed but we would need to see the entire balance uninstalled, including the shoe, and confirm the stamp codes on the metal channel. Keep in mind that balances are not universal, so it's important to stick with exact replacements whenever possible. If you decide to go that route, we'll need to confirm the number of balances you need with the minimum being two.
As for the pivot bars, our best replacement option would be the 26-150 commonly used with these balance shoes but I'm not sure if you'd have space to install them on the side of the sash. If so, you'll need to make new installation holes in the sash, being very careful not to hit the glass. Take a look and see what you think.
