Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for my pivot shoes and the middle bracket for tilt sash windows. I've attached photos because I couldn't find a similar pivot shoe on the website. Any help would be appreciated. The original windows are 2013 Milgard.

Hello,
Unfortunately, I do not recognize the balance assembly shown in your photos and I'm not confident that it is something that we can supply. With that being said, we would need to see detailed photos of an undamaged version of the shoe and the balance assembly that attaches to it fully removed from the window to confirm. Thank you.
