Length total: 1 5/8"
Top to screw hole center: 7/8"
Width of smaller 'body': 11/16" or maybe 5/8"

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this top sash guide. Our closest match I believe is our 18-142. It has a very similar design, but the hole placement differs. Review the dimensions below and see if you think you could adapt this to your window. Let me know what you think.
