Part corroded

Question

I ordered the following replacement part for my window based on a previous correspondence with your company (39-220B : Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator, LH). Unfortunately, the part sent to me was not the part needed to fix the window. I attached pictures with me pointing to the actual part that was corroded. Sorry for the inconvenience and look forward to hearing from you.

The part indicated in your photo is actually the hinge. I would recommend taking a look at the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" long base. We also offer the 36-004-10 in stainless steel. Keep in mind that you would need to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Thanks for posting!
