Hello, thank you for posting,

We can assist with replacement balances, but to further review, we will need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley.

Please also provide additional angles of the bottom nylon shoe attachment. From there we can determine the correct series for your window. Thank you!

Added photos. The parts are as originally installed. From the colors of the nylon attachments, they aren't exactly identical. The bottom shoe is 1 inch wide. One part has a broken pulley, so the hook is out of place. Please provide appropriate replacement part ID.

It appears at one point one of the balances was replaced with a different manufacturer. With these attachments, please review the Series 351 or the Series 390 channel balances. The difference between the two series is the depth of the shoe. Compare below to confirm the best fit!

You will need a 34" balance with a 3340 stamp option that can support a 23 to 28 pound window sash. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
