I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell us what hardware is compatible with your door. We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'd like to see photos of your original handle set to compare to our inventory.

Ok, here's the photos. The serial number of the door is 21667011.

Great, thanks! As long as your hole center spacing is 3-15/16", our 82-086 should work fine for your application.
