Part for 45 year old sliding door

This is a pivot for a sliding, louvered closet door that is about 45 years old.

The closest match I've been able to find is our 23-182, though there is the obvious difference of the offset pin. I'm also not sure how our measurements match up to yours. Carefully look it over and let me know what you think.
