My kitchen drawers are made with Unigrass 6000 epoxy coated slides. The drawer side has the slide integrated into it.
The attached photos show the uninstalled cabinet slide, the broken (right side) part that I need to replace and the unbroken left side installed. The cabinets were built in August 2001, if that helps.
