Part for Phillips window

I needs at least a dozen of these parts. My windows are Phillips Vertical sliding insulated windows. The part keeps the window tight within the frame and keeps it for moving side to side. See enclosed pictures. The windows are installed in a Fleetwood manufactured home built in 1997.
Please help
