Part for metal industries 3500 series vinyl window

Question

Single hung unit the tilt out block still holds the window but does not lock in the track as it has broken off. spring is coiled up under the white part that is screwed to the sash.

Take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe. If you should also need a coil spring, please take a look our Series 190 coil balance.
