This is the plastic piece that keeps the top of the mirror doors from moving too much front to back.

Thanks for posting! The best replacement option we have for the sliding closest guide would be the 23-226 Top Sliding Mirror Door Guide. To determine if this would work for your repairs, carefully look over the dimensions and design.

Keep in mind you may need to drill new holes in the top of the door to install this.
