Part for my Pella casement window
The part you are pointing to in the first photo is the track slider on a casement window hinge. Unfortunately, this part is not sold separately from any of our hinges, and to the best of our knowledge, it isn't available elsewhere. That said, you'll need to replace the entire mechanism.
I'm certain we can provide a replacement but I'll need to see a clearer photo of the hinge and I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the sill.

I have attached some pics. The rail under the window is 11.25" and the rail in the sill is 10" These are Pells Vinyl windows and are about 16yrs old
Thanks for confirming the measurements. I believe our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set should work for your repairs. You'll need carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them to determine if this might be a fit.
This set can be used to replace both top and bottom hinges, for left and right handed applications. It is encouraged both hinges (top and bottom) at the same time.
