Part we need is a plastic guide for upper window panel. Helps move panel up when cranking shut for a right seal. The plastic guide has 42C lL or R printed on it.

That appears to be it. Does it come as a set of 2, R and L? Also, it is missing a screw (fastener). How do I go about placing an order?

Good morning! Yes, the 36-018C comes with a left and right-hand pair but does not include fasteners. We normally suggest reusing your originals or taking them to a local hardware store to have them matched that way. You can place an order online or over the phone with one of our representatives.
