The balances you have are an Extended-Travel Channel Balance and will need to be a custom assembly. I am confident we can supply you with the replacements you need but there are few details I'll need to confirm to determine pricing and availability.
To start, can you please confirm the stamp from the metal channel of the balance? This is important for determining the weight range the balances should be able to support to hold the weight of the sash. I would also suggest double checking the length of the balance, excluding the top and bottom attachments. It should be a 7/8" increment.
The last piece of information I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is a an order minimum of (2) for custom assemblies.

There is not stamp on the balance.
It does measure 24 1/2", width 5/8", depth 5/8"
