I'm afraid it's not possible to identify patio door rollers based on just the certification sticker. The only way to know what you have is to use the originals as reference, which will require taking the door down and removing them.

Taking the door down twice is the bare minimum requirement for this kind of project; once to ID the rollers, and again to replace them. There's no way to skip that step so you need to brace yourself for that now. It's an afternoon's work that will require at least two pairs of hands.

Once the rollers are out, kindly show us a clear photo of the back end, top, and sides. You're also going to want to measure it carefully and write down each dimension for reference later. Size is a major consideration and you need written dimensions to find the right match.
