Thanks for reaching out! The piece you have here is the nylon cam from a pivot shoe. This isn't sold separately, so you'll need to replace the shoe to repair the window.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement but I'll need to see a photo of the existing shoe. I'll also need to know its width and thickness.
