I just placed an order with Swisco today for your S140-12. Wanted to make sure it was the correct part for the window before it ships. Need part by Friday.

I'm afraid the only thing your sticker tells me is that your window was made by MI Home Products, Inc. They used many different balance systems through the years, though, and I cannot confirm if the S140-12 is correct. I will need to see pictures of your balance system removed from the window, if possible.
