Part for wondow (Handle)

Hi this part is not working. It will not open and close the window anymore. Please let me know if I can get a replacement. Thanks you, Eddie

Hello,

If you believe that the handle is the only problem, you could start by comparing the specifications of the 39-375 handle and cover for 11/32" diameter operator splines.

If the internal gears of the operator are stripped, we would need to see the end of the operator's arm detached from the sash, as well as confirm the length of the arm, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
