Part from window on series 351 balance

A contractor from League City, Texas says:
This part mounts to the top of the actual window and seems to serve as a guide. It's in poor condition but I was unable to find one in your catalog that matches the part. I also need the bottom guide for the same window. Pictures attached. The balance spring has "05/22/04 Unique Balance 27D" printed on the spine. I believe I selected the correct balance series at 351. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Your top sash guide looks like our 18-174 Alenco guide. Unfortunately, we do not carry the bottom guide shown in your photos. As for your balance, it is completely possible that you have the S351 but we would need to see a picture of the balance removed from the window to confirm since the stamp number does not indicate the correct balance replacement. Thank you!

As long as your balance's bottom attachment has a 1" depth as shown below, the S351-28 with a 2740 spring strength option will be the correct balance. If it's a little bigger, consider the S390-28.
