Hi, I was hoping you could help me identify the part # for these (CALDWELL) parts for PGT window there are 2 different ones. I have bought replacement parts from Swisco in the past and they work great!

Thanks for reaching out! I'm confident we can supply a replacement for your window balance. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the string, in the middle of the balance.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replaced with the S395-30. You'll need to select the 2910 stamp option. It will support a sash weighing 7 to 12lbs.

One sash is a pretty big window is there an option for a larger weight than the 12lb? That was the one that was slightly longer.Thanks

Apologies, I missed the other balance. For the one marked 36 4 you'll need the S395-37. Our 3940 stamp will support a sash weighing 23 to 30lbs.
