Need help identifying these parts so I may fix my window. Will not stay open due to metal coil snapped on both sides.

Hello there. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. The video below shows how to choose the correct spring weights for the replacement springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
