Hello,
I believe I've identified this part as the S390, but could someone confirm, based on the photos?
The width of the channel is just over 1/2", and the bottom shoe appears to be 1 1/8"- if I've measured correctly.

Hi Marie, thanks for posting. Nice work--I agree, this looks like a Series 390 Channel Balance. You will need the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments, to know which length to select. Then you will need to select a stamp option. Search the metal channel for a stamp code. Alternatively, you could weigh your window sash and match that precise weight with one of the weight ranges listed for each stamp option on the product page. Let us know what you think.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Bob. I've established that it's 24" in length, excluding the attachments. I have looked all over for a stamp and found none, so I went ahead and weighed the sash. It was 19 lbs even, which I believe is option 2340. If that sounds right, then I'll proceed with placing my order!

Hi Marie, it sounds like you've covered all your bases. If the metal portion measures 24" and the sash weighs 19 lbs, I think you should be set with our S390-24 and the 2340 stamp option. Good luck with the repair!
