Thanks for writing in! The balance shoe pictured appears to be a match for the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. To confirm the dimensions, you'll need to remove the shoe from the window and compare them.

Hi Jasmine,
Worked perfectly. Prying with a flat-headed screwdriver to get the shoe+spring assembly in/out was a bit fiddly. Also a little confusion until I realized how turning the bearing in the shoe for the window pin locks the shoe from sliding.

Glad to hear the repair was successful! Given the strength of the window material these can be just slightly difficult to remove/install but I'm happy you were able to repair the window.
