Part identification help

Question

Attached is a copy of the original order of the windows of our home. Simonton Windows suggested that I contact Swisco. I would like to purchase new replacement sash support coil balances and pivot lock shoes for all of the windows listed. Your help in identifying the parts needed and instructions for purchasing will be greatly appreciated.

I believe you have a Simonton window. This was known to have used our 15-111 pivot shoe and Series 160 coil spring. When ordering the coil spring, you will need the number stamped on the old one.
