Part identification help please Polytex 3500 series vinyl tilt in window thumb button needed

I am trying to find a replacement vinyl window part, a thumb button for tilt in vinyl window. The windows are Polytex 3500 series. The part (see photos) size is 2 inches by 3/4 inch, and the broken clip part on the bottom of the part is 1/2 inch wide; I'm not sure of the length of the broken off arms on this part. I think the part you have, 26-119 will work, based on the broken part I have and looking at dimensions for 26-119 and 26-234. Do you have any further information to confirm which part I need to purchase? Thanks in advance! Mary
