To identify it, we will need you to remove an undamaged balance, either the other from this window or from an identical window in the house, and show us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The combination of attachments determines the balance you have. Thank you! These photos are a huge help. Based on what I see here, I believe you have our S395-28. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go!
