Please see attached pics of spring broke on a vinyl window. It is left side that is broke facing the window as seen in pic EFFE. Pic 7006 is the right side and what it looks like normally but on the right not the left which is broke. I did find on the bottom of the window the number F0878. 5/21/99. 2CWP. Thank you

This looks like the 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which uses either our Series 160 1/2" Thick or Series 165 3/8" Thick Coil Springs.
I'm sorry to say I don't know what the window brand is. These are generic parts used on many, many different brands.
I recommend that you check around the inside of the window frame for a metallic AAMA sticker. That sometimes gives a clue as to who made the window, though it's admittedly not guaranteed.
