Part identifier?

Hello, we have this Simonton window in our kitchen that won't stay up. The balance springs seem to be broken on both sides. I saw your video on YouTube but not sure which parts I'd need to replace these.
Please advise.
Thanks!
Nick

Hi Nick,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see a photo of your pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. From there, we'll be able to narrow down your replacement options. We've related a few videos on this page to assist you if you haven't watched them already. Thank you!

Perfect! Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111, which uses the Series 160 coil springs. You would need to locate the number stamped on the original coil springs to choose the corresponding strength options Take a look at these parts, as well as the related items shown on our product pages, and let us know if you have any other questions.
