Part identifier inquiry

Question

I need a replacement for the following broken parts. It is from the top sash and both sides are broken. I need all the hardware and screws too. The window is in Florida and is very Heavy.

Thanks for posting. It appears you need a new pivot shoe and pivot bars. I believe we can help, but I'd like to see a photo of an undamaged version of this pivot shoe, also removed from the window if possible. If you can give us the width and thickness of the shoe, that would be a great help as well. From there we'll do our very best to find what you need.
