Question

while replacing the sash balancers i noticed the piece that holds the connector in place was missing in several windows
I looked through the online catalog but could not find, hoping you sell these

I can honestly say I've never encountered this part before. I've never known a balance hook to actually need a retainer to keep it in place. If your balance is anything like the types we sell, then this piece isn't technically necessary and is likely just an added precaution.

That said, if you do want to replace them then I would advise contacting the original manufacturer of the window for assistance.
