I have a Hurd casement crank out window. The small stainless guide on the end of the bracket on the bottom of the window will not stay in the track. Hence the window can not be opened it comes right out of the track. Any suggestions?

It looks like the track slide of your casement window hinge is broken. Unfortunately, the broken part is not available separately but we do offer the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" long base. Take a look and review the specifications shown on our product page. Keep in mind that you would need to replace the top and bottom hinges. Thank you!
