It looks like you may have jamb liners with naked springs that support the weight of your wood sashes. Unfortunately, that is not something that we can supply but a local millwork may be able to have new jamb liners made for you. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
