Part identifier inquiry

Quick Learner
I am writing to request your assistance in identifying the manufacturer of a window to order replacement parts. A component on the window has recently broken, but I am unable to locate any manufacturer markings.
The window consists of two glass panes, each measuring 31 inches horizontally and 27 inches vertically. I need to replace a broken part and am trying to determine if the operating strings are routed through the window balance.
Could you please help me identify the manufacturer and the correct replacement part(s) based on this information? I can provide photos or additional details if needed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears you have a window from Malta, and the 15-159 pivot shoe has broken off the cord. To fix this, first, raise the sash a few inches. Then, grab the top of the sash and pull it out and down. Have someone hold the sash in place while you unscrew the broken pivot. After that, tie the cord to the 15-159 pivot and reattach the pivot to the sash by screwing it back in.
