Question

Could you please help to identify this parts? The only stamp I was able to find was "27 D"
Also attached the window rail picture. Width of the rail seems about 1 inch. Window is around 30inch tall.

Thanks for your post! Your window balances can be replaced with either the S351-28 or the S390-28. The length of the metal channel should be 28", excluding the attachments.

To determine the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

You can most likely use the 2740 stamp option but it would be advised to double check that your sash weight does fall between 19 to 26lbs.
