Part inside single panel

My window does not stay up. It slams down. I believe it needs the part that is in the picture. Any suggestions. Thank you so much

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but your pivot shoe resembles an older version of the 15-180, which uses Series 190 coil springs. Review the dimensions below and information on our product pages to confirm. Thanks for posting!
