Part is Missing that Allows Window to Stay Aloft

It looks like your window is missing the tilt latch. There's a good chance that we can supply a replacement but we would need to see an intact latch from the other side of an identical window to compare to our inventory.

If the window won't stay up, you would also need support balances, which we would need to see fully removed from the window to narrow down your options. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you depending on the type of hardware that the window uses. If the balances are missing entirely, we'll also need you to check an identical window in the house that may have intact balances that you can show us. Thank you.
