Part is numbered 1820 for a sash aluminum bath window spring loaded balance

Hello can you help I would like the price and availability of a part labeled 1820 the aluminum channel is 18 and 3/16 inches in length I have attached several pictures of the ends. The channel is 1/2 inch wide. Thanks

Hi, Bill, it looks like you have some pretty old balances. I believe they can be replaced with our S380-19 sideload balance that has an attached 19-005 top and a 15-005 bottom fitting. Please carefully compare them to what you have now. The spring weight will be 1820 to correspond with the label on your balance.

Hi after speaking with someone this morning I am sending a few more photos of the lower plastic tab. I do not see the tab on your original suggestion of the 15-005 bottom fitting. She suggested the 15-008 but that I also send more photos. Please let me know what you think or if you need more/better photos.

I would like to order a couple of trial sets and then I intend to replace at least 12 more sets (2ea.) once we are sure they will work.

Thanks for getting back to us! The 15-008 won't work. This style of shoe isn't made anymore. Like I mentioned before, it's very old. In my experience, the Series 380 (with the 15-005 shoe) is our best match. I don't think there's anything closer on the market right now.
