Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! It looks like you have either the S380-14 with a 1" shoe or the S385-14 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 1350 stamp option.

Thank you the 1350 option seems like that is for a pretty heavy window. This window I am working with was only a few lbs it seemed.

Are you sure 350 is the best?

Yes, I am sure. Your balance is stamped with a 13 5, which would be the 1350 stamp option on our balances.

The recommended option will support a sash weighing 12 to 15lbs.
