We have recommended the 39-154 to past customers who referenced Andersen product number 7191-33. As long as the specifications match up to your part, you should be good to go. Please note that this cover fits operators for Andersen Perma-Shield casement windows manufactured from 1978 to 1995. Thanks for posting!
