Please could you advise the part I need for my window. I have several windows where at this point the casing has become brittle.

Hi, Michael.

Take a look at our 55-191, 55-194 and 55-206. Look over our dimensions and compare them to yours to see if one of these matches what you need.

I have what looks like the exact same problem as Michael. However, mine do not feel like vinyl - more like aluminum. The only product I see with the same dimensions by Milestone is vinyl (55-191). Do I just have to use vinyl ones so they won't all be the same?

Yes, you can substitute aluminum glazing with vinyl glazing so long as the dimensions and style match up.
