Gentlemen i am looking to purchase two of the pictured parts. They mount at the top of the window and prevent the balance from coming through the top of the window during window removal.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, William. This part is called a top sash guide. Yours in particular appears to be a dead ringer for our 18-008. Check it out and let me know if you had any questions!
