Window sash won't stay oppen, I need a part for it, Window size is 36" and the hight is 48". The coil is broken and im not sure how meny pound coil i need for it. Can you please help with that picture model and part number?

Hi there!
This looks like a match for the 15-191 pivot shoe. Can you measure the width of the old spring band? We will also need you to check it for any stamps.
