Long white rectangular window latch

Question

I just need to know what this part is called so I can order new ones. They don't see difficult to install. It's the part that allows the bottom section of the double hung window to fold in for cleaning.

Thanks for contacting us. This part is called a tilt latch. Based on your photos, I recommend our 26-193 and 26-194. Look these over and let me know what you think.
