The picture is the bottom of the window the latch is missing and window will not stay up ,it goes into the spiral piece it says NA-9230 can I order that piece

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 26-356. We believe this is the part you're searching for, but we recommend you remove it from the window sash to confirm.

Note that we don't sell the plastic housing, so you'll have to reuse the old one.
