Part needed for window

Thanks for posting! I'm afraid that that bore is not available separately. You see, it's not meant to come out of the operator. If it has, it's stripped out and you'll have to replace the whole operator.

Could I see a few pictures of it removed from the window? I'll need to see what the arms look like, as well, before I can recommend a replacement. Let me know!
